What We Do

Energetically Emily provides lifestyle coaching and mental-health services to clients to improve their health and wellbeing through lifestyle and energy interventions. We focus on preventative health and wellbeing, the optimisation of physical and mental health and chronic health conditions. Through consultations, lifestyle analysis and occasional testing, we aim to understand the underlying causes of your health and wellbeing challenges which we will seek to address through personalised therapy, nutraceutical prescription (supplements) and lifestyle advice. We also provide group coaching, workshops and corporate events.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

We use this information in order to provide you with direct recommendations. This means that the legal basis of our holding your personal data is for legitimate interest. Following the completion of your programme we retain your personal data for the period defined by the professional association. This enables us to process any complaint you may make. In this case, the legal basis of our holding your personal data is for contract administration.
